Liz works with a vibrant, soft palate, in watercolour. The focus is around nature, its's vibrancy and simplicity. Liz searches to recreate how she feels when she creates her marks. This is captured from using photographs when out on walks and adventures in nature. The feelings that attracts her, she try's to reflect in her work. Liz looks at technique, the use of colour, an abstract result to reflect the mood and feelings at the time and during the process.

 

She has painted small but more recently has painted bigger to achieve a more impactive and dramatic result. This has developed with the ability to become more confident in her work. As a member of LBAS she has been able to explore her work make sales and exhibit her work in the local areas.
